Bashkimi tabs Adrio Bailey, ex M.Kiryat Gat

Adrio Bailey

KB Bashkimi Prizren (Superliga) signed 28-year-old American 197cm swingman Adrio Bailey (college: Arkansas) for the upcoming season. Bailey, who last played at M.Kiryat Gat in the Israeli National League, averaged an impressive 19.3ppg, 7.8rpg, 1.4apg, 1.5spg, and 1.1bpg in 11 games last season. He also had a stint with Sigal Prishtina earlier in the season. In the Kosovan Superliga, Bailey played 28 games with remarkable stats: 17.4ppg, 6.3rpg, 1.6apg, and 1.5spg, helping his team reach the Kosovo Cup Semifinals. He was named League Player of the Week during the season.
Bailey is a very experienced player. He has traveled between seven different countries on four different continents during his pro career (Europe, Latin America, Australia, and North America). Bailey has played professionally in Australia (Blues), Hungary (Sopron KC and OSE Lions), Slovenia (Zlatorog), Czech Republic (NH Ostrava and Olomoucko), Dominican Republic (Indios), and The Basketball Tournament (Team Arkansas).
In addition to these achievements, he was named the Eurobasket.com All-Alpe Adria Cup Forward of the Year in 2024. His team reached the Dominican Republic League Semifinals in 2025.
Bailey graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2020, and this will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
