Boutsiele re-signs at Buducnost

KK Buducnost VOLI Podgorica (Erste Liga) confirmed in their roster 33-year old French ex-international center Jerry Boutsiele (207cm-1992) for new 2026-27 season. He played there last season. He managed to play in three leagues last year. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 19 Eurocup games he recorded 6.6ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.1apg. Boutsiele also played 30 games in ABA League where he averaged 8.7ppg, 5.9rpg and 1.3apg. And finally he recorded 1 game in Erste Liga where he got impressive 24 points, 5 rebounds and 1 assist.
During the 2024-25 season, he spent time at BC Dubai in the UAE league. He also played briefly for Pinar Karsiyaka in the Turkish league. He was a member of the French Senior National Team between 2020 and 2021.
Boutsiele has played in Turkey (Bahcesehir and Merkezefendi), France (Limoges CSP Elite, Cholet Basket, JSF Nanterre, Denain Voltaire, and SPO Rouen), and Turkey.
In 2024, he was voted Eurobasket.com All-FIBA Europe Cup European Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-FIBA Europe Cup Center of the Year. In 2025, his team made it to the Adriatic League Semifinals.
