Nick McGlynn agreed terms with Udine

Nick McGlynn

Newly promoted Old Wild West Udine (Serie A) strengthened their roster with the addition of 29-year-old American 206cm forward Nick McGlynn (college: Drake) for the 2026-27 season. He was the top scorer at Dinamo BDS Sassari (Serie A). In 29 games, he recorded 11.2ppg and 5.3rpg last season. He also played 12 games in FIBA Europe Cup, where he averaged 10.1ppg, 7.0rpg, 1.7apg, and 1.0spg.
During the 2024-25 season, he split time between Kolossos H Hotels Rodou (GBL) in the Greek league and Dziki (OBL) in the Polish league.
McGlynn is a very experienced player, having played professionally in Austria (Timberwolves and UBSC Graz), Belgium (Leuven Bears), Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, and The Basketball Tournament (Sideline Cancer and McGlynnrd That).
Among many awards, his team made it to the MVC Tournament Semifinals in 2019. He was also voted the All-MVC Defensive Player of the Year in 2019.
McGlynn graduated from Drake University in 2019 and this will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
