Batemon re-signs at Lleida

James Batemon

Hiopos Forca Lleida (Liga Endesa) confirmed in their roster 29-year old American guard James Batemon (185cm-86kg-1997, college: LMU) for the new 2026-27 season. He has played there for the last two seasons.
He is a very experienced player. Batemon's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in seven different countries. Batemon tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Australia and of course North America. He has played professionally in Australia (Bullets), France (Tours and JA Vichy), Germany (Hakro Merlins), Greece (Karditsas), Israel (Kiryat Ata), Latvia (BK Ogre) and The Basketball Tournament (Money Team).
Batemon's team achieved a spot in the Israeli Premier League Semifinals in 2024. He was selected for the Eurobasket.com Israeli League All-Imports Team in the same year.
He graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2019 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player. Batemon played also for North Dakota State College of Science for 2 years.
