Glint Manisa Basket (BSL) has agreed terms with 26-year old Serbian international swingman Filip Barna (201cm-1999) for the new 2026-27 season. He has played for the last two years at KK FMP SoccerBet Beograd in the Serbian KLS league. In four games, he had very impressive stats: 24.3ppg, 5.8rpg, 4.5apg, and 2.0spg last season. He helped them to make it to the Serbian League final. Barna also played 25 games in ABA League where he recorded also remarkable stats: 20.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 3.7apg, and 1.1spg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week (2 times). He has been regularly called to the Serbian Senior National Team since 2025. Barna has also played for other Serbian teams such as Spartak and KK Mladost MaxBet Zemun. He won the Adriatic League 2 championship title in 2024, and was voted Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League 2 Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League 2 Forward of the Year during the same year.
