Trabzonspor Medical Park Basketbol (BSL) has agreed terms with 27-year-old American power forward Brady Manek (206cm-105kg-1998, college: UNC) for the new 2026-27 season. He joins another USA player Troy Caupain who is already in the roster. Manek played last season at Leones de Ponce in the Puerto Rican BSN league. In 11 games, he had 13.3ppg, 7.3rpg, and 2.0apg. The previous season, he played at Monkey Kings (CBA) in the Chinese league. He is quite an experienced player. Manek's career allowed him to visit five different continents, while he played in six different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, and of course North America. Manek has played professionally in Australia (Wildcats), China, Lithuania (Zalgiris), Puerto Rico, Turkey (Tofas and Mersin Spor), and NBA Summer League (Atlanta Hawks). Among many awards, he played in the final of the Puerto Rican League in 2025. He was voted to All-ACC Honorable Mention back in 2022 during his college time. Manek graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2022 and it will be his fifth season as a professional player. He played for The University of Oklahoma for 4 years.
