Esenler Erokspor Istanbul (BSL) signed 30-year-old international 210cm center Muhsin Yasar for the upcoming season. Yasar, who is well-known in the Turkish BSL, most recently played for Galatasaray (BSL), averaging 6.3ppg and 2.8rpg in 33 games last season. He also played 15 games in the Basketball Champions League, where he had 4.6ppg and 2.7rpg, helping his team reach the quarterfinals. In the previous (2024-25) season, he played for another Turkish team, Pinar Karsiyaka. He has also been a member of the Turkish international program for some years. Yasar has regularly played for the Turkish senior team since 2020 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2015. He also represented Turkey at the FIBA World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers three years ago. His team won Bronze and he averaged over 6 points per game. Yasar has played previously for four other teams: Tofas, Darussafaka Lassa, Gaziantep, and Tofas Gelisim. Yasar's team won the Turkish U19 League Group A Regular Season in 2023. He was voted to the Eurobasket.com Turkish BSL All-Domestic Players Team in 2024.
