Bourg adds Woodbury to their roster, ex Cluj Napoca

Trey Woodbury

JL Bourg en Bresse (Betclic ELITE ProA) added 26-year old American guard Trey Woodbury to their roster for the new 2026-27 season. He played last season at U-Banca Transilvania Cluj Napoca in Romanian Liga Nationala. Woodbury played in three leagues last year, including 9 Liga Nationala games where he averaged 6.0ppg, 2.2rpg, and 1.2apg. He also played 20 games in Eurocup and 23 games in ABA League. In the previous (2024-25) season, he played at Aris Betsson Thessaloniki in the Greek league.
He is a very experienced player. Woodbury has also played professionally in Germany (Bamberg), Greece, and the NBA Summer League (Indiana Pacers).
Among many awards, he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Honorable Mention in 2024.
He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2023 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. Woodbury played also for University of Nevada - Las Vegas for one year.
