Celta Zorka keeps Gea for another season

Celta Femxa Zorka Vigo (LF Challenge) re-signed 25-year old 172cm guard Marina Gea for the upcoming season. She played there last season. In 20 LF Challenge games, she recorded 9.6ppg, 3.6rpg, 2.8apg, and 1.7spg. She helped them to win the LF Challenge title despite ending the regular season in second place. She was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LF Challenge Second Team. Gea also played for CAB Estepona Jardin de la Costa del Sol and briefly for Celta Femxa Zorka Vigo.
She has played for Granada before.
Among many awards, she was selected as the Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LF Challenge Domestic Player of the Year in 2025.
