Johnson re-signs at Ragusa

Precious Johnson

Passalacqua Ragusa (Serie A2) confirmed 26-year old Swedish international forward Precious Johnson (193cm-2000, college: Duquesne) for the upcoming 2026-27 season. She was a team leader there last season, with impressive stats of 16.1ppg, 9.6rpg, and 1.1apg in 21 Serie A2 games. In the 2025-26 season, she was named to Eurobasket.com All-Italian Serie A2 Honorable Mention. In the previous season (2024-25), she played at David Kornel Basketball Academy in the Hungarian league and also for Tarr KSC Szekszard in Hungary. Johnson played in three different competitions that year, including 13 games in the Hungarian A Division where she recorded 4.0ppg and 3.6rpg.
She has also been a member of the Swedish international program for some years. Johnson has regularly played for the Swedish senior team since 2024 and previously for the Under 18 National Team in 2018.
Her team reached the Atlantic 10 Tournament Semifinals in 2024.
She graduated from the University of Duquesne in 2024, and this will be her third season as a professional player.
