She missed last season and had a one-year break from professional basketball. In 2011, she was selected by the Minnesota Lynx (WNBA) as the #4 overall pick in the draft. She graduated from Xavier University and this will be her 16th season in pro basketball. Harris is a highly experienced player. Harris' career has taken her to three continents, where she has played in seven countries. She has experienced life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, and North America. Harris has played professionally in Israel (Elitzur Ramla), Italy, Korea (Blue Minx and Hana 1Q Bucheon), Poland (Torun), Turkey (Hatay), and the WNBA (Chicago Sky).
