Alkar signs Duje Brala

Duje Brala

KK Alkar Sinj (Premijer Liga) signed 23-year old forward Duje Brala (196cm-2003, agency: AltusBasket) for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Brala played last season at Sibenka. In 10 Premijer Liga games in Croatia, he had 10.7ppg, 5.3rpg, 2.2apg, and 1.4spg, helping them reach the Croatian Cup Semifinals. For the three previous seasons (2022-25), he played at HKK Siroki Brijeg (Division I) in the Bosnia and Herzegovina league. Brala also played 16 games in Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I, recording 7.1ppg, 4.1rpg, and 1.4apg in the 2024-25 season. He contributed to his team finishing the regular season in second place and advancing to the league semifinals. Brala was named League Player of the Week during that successful season.
Brala represented Croatia at the FIBA U20 European Championship in Greece three years ago. During this event, he scored an average of 15.4 points per game and had 5 rebounds per game.
He has played previously for two other Croatian teams: Zadar and Zadar.
Brala's team won the Bosnia and Herzegovina League Regular Season in 2023. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I Honorable Mention in 2024.
