Stal lands Tajion Jones, ex Brindisi

Tajion Jones

Tasomix Rosiek Stal Ostrow Wielkopolski (OBL) signed 27-year-old American 194cm guard Tajion Jones for the upcoming season. Jones, who played college basketball at UNC Asheville, last played for Happy Casa Brindisi in the Italian Serie A2, where he averaged 7.8ppg, 3.5rpg, and 1.2apg in 6 games. Prior to that, he played for Vanoli Basket Cremona in the Italian Serie A.
Jones has also played professionally in Holland, specifically with ZZ Leiden.
He won the Dutch League championship title in 2024 and was voted the Eurobasket.com All-Dutch League Guard of the Year in the same year.
Jones graduated from the University of North Carolina - Asheville in 2023, and this will be his fourth season in pro basketball.
