CEP Lorient Basket (NM1) strengthened their roster with the addition of 31-year-old Grenadian center Arkim Robertson (208cm-109kg-1994, college: CS Fullerton, agency: Highlight Athletes) for the 2025-26 season. He is the second foreign player on the team, with Lithuanian Gediminas Lesciauskas signing earlier. Robertson was the best rebounder at SAM Basket Massagno in the Swiss SBL league last season, averaging 12.9ppg, 9.0rpg (#5 in the league), 1.0apg, 1.3spg, and 1.2bpg in 30 games. He helped the team reach the Supercup final and the league semifinals, earning him the Eurobasket.com All-Swiss League Center of the Year award, Honorable Mention, and a spot on the All-Defensive Team. Prior to joining CEP Lorient Basket, Robertson played for Union Neuchatel Basket in the Swiss SBL for two seasons (2022-24).
He is a very experienced player. Thanks to Robertson's professional career, he has played on three different continents (Europe, Latin America, and North America) in five different countries. Robertson has also played professionally in Argentina, Brazil (Pato), Chile (Temuco), and Croatia (Skrljevo).
His college team won the Big West Tournament in 2018.
He graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2018 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player. Robertson played also for Western Oklahoma State College for 2 years.
