Hitech Bangkok City (BTL) signed 32-year old American power forward
Shaheed Davis (206cm-95kg-1994, college:
UCF). He moved there from
Thunder in Kenyan Premier League where he started the season, but it seems he will not stay with that team after all. In three Premier League games just recently he had 4.7ppg and 3.7rpg.
He is quite an experienced player. Davis has played in twenty different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and North America). He has played professionally in Bulgaria, Chile (Los Leones), Cyprus (Anorthosis), Greece (Lavrio), Hungary (Alba), Iraq, Israel (Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Eilat), Italy (Cantu), Japan (Volters and Firebonds), Kosovo (Sigal Prishtina), Mexico (Ostioneros de Guaymas), Taiwan (Ghosthawks), Ukraine (Cherkasy), United Kingdom, Venezuela (Trotamundos and Guaros), North Macedonia (Feni Industries), United Arab Emirates (Shabab Al Ahli), Libya (Al Murooj), The Basketball Tournament (Team Challenge ALS), and Thailand (Crypto Cobra).
In 2025, Davis played in the final of Thailand BTL and was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Thailand BTL Power Forward of the Year.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player. Davis played for other colleges such as Eastern Florida State College and Polk State College.
