Newly promoted Shkupi Skopje (Prva Liga) landed 28-year old Viktor Serafimovski (90). It is actually his comeback to Skopje as he has played here before. Serafimovski started the season at KK Gostivar, the newcomer in Prva Liga. In 9 games he averaged just 2.7ppg and 1.4apg this season. KK Feni Industries (Prva Liga) added to their roster 24-year old American forward DeVon Walker (198-88kg-94, college: Troy). He started the season at Bosna-Royal in Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I.
