Born in Reggio Emila, Riccarod Artoni started playing basketball in the junior leagues and for many years he was one of the best scorers of the lower italian leagues. In December 1999 he graduated from the Law School of Modena and in 2000 start working as agent. In a few years. In 2003 he attended the Giba Master for Sport Manager and in 2006 he start working for Interperformances, where he stayed for 5 years. In 2011 he founded, together with Max Aldi, Alpha Agency, before joining Octagon Europe network.
