Joao Fidelis (ex Rivadavia) is a newcomer at Marne

Club Atletico Marne Montevideo (Liga de Ascenso) strengthened their roster with the addition of 24-year-old Brazilian 205cm center Joao Fidelis. He played this summer at Centro Deportivo Rivadavia de Mendoza in the Argentinian La Liga. In 15 La Liga Argentina games he recently played, he recorded 11.7ppg and 7.2rpg. He also played for Pinheiros (NBB) in the Brazilian league.
Fidelis has played ppg in Argentina and Brazil (Sao Jose, Sao Jose and Franca).
Among many awards, his team won the Brazilian LDB U20 League Group B Regular Season in 2023. He was voted to the Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LDB U20 Honorable Mention back in 2021.
