Palma Fibwi adds Capalbo to their roster

Fibwi Palma (Segunda FEB) added 25-year-old Uruguayan-Italian point guard Lucas Capalbo to their roster for the 2025-26 season. He is the second foreign player on the team, with Brian Vazquez from the USA already signed. Capalbo played for Malvin in the Uruguayan LUB league last season, averaging 13.5ppg, 3.8rpg, 4.8apg, and 1.3spg in 37 games. He helped Malvin reach the semifinals and was voted to the Latinbasket.com All-Uruguayan League Honorable Mention team. In the previous summer of 2024, he played for Centauros de Portuguesa (SPB) in the Venezuelan league.
He's played professionally in Venezuela.
His team finished as the runner-up in the regular season of the Uruguay Metropolitan League in 2022.
Capalbo attended Odessa College until 2020, and it'll be his sixth season as a pro player.
