Tobin Carberry (ex Peristeri) is a newcomer at Ghosthawks

TSG Ghosthawks (PLeague+) strengthened their roster with the addition of experienced 34-year-old American 192cm guard Tobin Carberry (college: LIU Post). He played most recently at Peristeri in the Greek GBL league. In 21 games, he recorded 8.5ppg, 1.9rpg, and 2.2apg last season. He helped them to make it to the Supercup semifinals. Carberry also played 7 games in Basketball Champions League where he averaged 10.4ppg, 2.7rpg, and 2.6apg. The previous (2023-24) season he played at ADA Blois (Betclic ELITE ProA) in the French league.
He is a very experienced player. Carberry has played professionally in Denmark (Bakken Bears), Finland (Vilpas), France, Iceland (Hottur and Thor Thorl), Italy (UCC Assigeco Piacenza), Russia (Avtodor) and Turkey (Bornova and Mersin Spor).
Between these achievements, he also won the MVP award during the 2021 FIBA EuroBasket tournament.
It is worth mentioning that he also played at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him secure a job in professional basketball.
Carberry graduated from LIU Post in 2013 and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball. He played also for Southern Connecticut State University for one year.
