He played at Unicaja Malaga U18 team between 2017-18, Comunidad de Madrid during 2018-19, Movistar Estudiantes Madrid 2nd team during 2019-21, Movistar Estudiantes Madrid during 2020-23, Amics Castello during 2023-24, and then at Surne Bilbao Basket for one season. His team won the Spanish U16 Championship in 2019. He was named Eurobasket.com All-European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 MVP and Eurobasket.com All-European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 Best Guard that year. Dominguez was also voted to Eurobasket.com All-European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 First Team that season. He helped his team make it to the Spanish EBA Final Stage Group 3 Runner-Up in 2021.
