Krka brings back Blaz Mahkovic, ex Helios

Blaz Mahkovic

Krka Novo Mesto (Liga OTP banka) inked experienced 35-year old Slovenian ex-international Blaz Mahkovic (201-F-1990). It is actually his comeback to Novo Mesto as he has played here before. He was a member of Slovenian international program for some years. Mahkovic was called to Slovenian Senior National Team between 2016 and 2023 and previously for U20 National Team in 2010.He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Igokea) and Slovenia (Petrol Olimpija Ljubljana, Triglav. LTH Castings nad Helios). Mahkovic played in the final of Slovenian League in 2022, 2023 and 2024. He was voted to Slovenian League All-Star Game back in 2011, 2012 and 2015.
