iLab Basketbol (TBL) agreed terms with 28-year old American point guard Josh Sharkey (175cm-74kg-1997, college: Samford, agency: 0z Sports Agency). He just played at KK Joker Sombor in Serbian KLS league. In 7 games he had very impressive stats: 19.4ppg, 3.4rpg, 7.6apg and 2.9spg this season. He also played for Aigaleo AO (Elite League) in Greek league.
Sharkey is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Germany (Tigers), Greece, Poland (Legia and Start), Romania (Valcea), Sweden (Sodertalje), NBA G League (Delaware Blue Coats and Birmingham Squadron), and Turkey (Balikesir Buyuksehir Belediyespor).
Among many awards, his team made it to the SoCon Tournament Semifinals in 2017. Sharkey was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League Honorable Mention in 2024.
He graduated from Samford University in 2020 and is currently in his sixth season as a professional player.
