Gladiators keep Jimenez for another season

Kyle Jimenez

Caledonia Gladiators (BBL) re-signed 25-year old Scot ex-international 187cm guard Kyle Jimenez for upcoming season. Jimenez played there last season. In 35 BBL games he averaged just 2.3ppg and 2.0apg. He helped them to make it to the British BBL Cup Semifinals.
The previous (2021-22) season he played at Hoods (NBL D1) where in 25 games he had 9.6ppg, 5.1rpg, 7.5apg and 1.2spg in that year. Jimenez contributed to his team making it to the semifinals. A very good season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-British NBL Division One Honorable Mention.
He was also a member of Scottish international program for some years. Jimenez played for Scottish Senior National Team back in 2018 and previously for U18 National Team in 2016.
He represented Scotland at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast (Australia) five years ago. His team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 6 games: 1.5ppg, 1.5rpg, 1.7apg.
Jimenez has played previously professionally in United Kingdom (Leicester Riders, Riders and Ridders) and Scotland (Edinburgh Kings).
