Zenit Saint Petersburg (VTB United League) signed 24-year-old American guard Johnny Juzang (UCLA). He began the season with the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA, where he averaged 2.0ppg in 21 games. Prior to that, he played for the Jazz in the NBA.
He has played professionally in the NBA G League (SLC Stars).
Among many awards, he played in the final of the Pac-12 Tournament in 2022. Juzang was voted to USBWA All-America Honorable Mention back in 2022 during his college time.
He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2022 and is in his fourth season in pro basketball. Juzang also played for the University of Kentucky for one year.
