Al Karameh inks Josh Hall, ex Al Gharafa

Al Karameh Homs (SBL) agreed terms with 25-year old American forward Josh Hall (206cm-86kg-2000). He moved there from Al Gharafa in Qatari QBL league where he played this season.

In 15 games he was the league's fourth-best scorer with an impressive 24.8ppg and averaged 9.9rpg (#3 in the league) and 3.9apg. The 2025-26 season was great as he was named to Asia-Basket.com All-Qatari League All-Defensive Team, All-Imports Team, and League Player of the Week. Last summer, he played for Team Minnesota in the U.S. semi-pro league Eurobasket Summer League in Las Vegas.

He is a very experienced player. Hall has played in eight different countries on three different continents (Latin America, Africa, and North America). He has played previously in Mexico (Panteras), South Africa (Tigers), NBA (OKC Thunder), NBA G League (OKC Blue, Grand Rapids Gold, and Raptors 905 Mississauga), NIBC (Oak Hill Academy), NBA Summer League (Cleveland Cavaliers and OKC Thunder), and AAU (Team Charlotte and Team Loaded).
Hall won the South African BNL championship title in 2023. He was also voted North Carolina Player of the Year by Phenom Hoops in 2020.
