Al Nawair Hama (SBL) agreed terms with 25-year-old American guard Tray Maddox Jr. (198cm-91kg-2000, college: W.Michigan). He already started the season at Al Shamal in Qatari QBL league. Last season summer he played at Astros in Mexican CIBACOPA where in 13 games he had 12.2ppg and 2.3rpg.
Two years ago, he was drafted by the Osceola Magic (G-League) as the #4 pick overall.
He graduated from Western Michigan University in 2023 and it's his third season in pro basketball.
Maddox is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Canada (Windsor Express), Mexico, and the NBA G League (Texas Legends and Cleveland Charge).
Maddox played for other colleges like California State University, Fullerton, and Oakland University before joining his college team, which won the Big West Tournament in 2022.
