San Antonio Spurs (NBA) cut 22-year old Polish-American international 6-8 forward Jeremy Sochan (college: Baylor). He has played there for the last four years. He helped them to make it to the cup final.
In 2022 he was drafted by the Spurs in first round (9th overall). The former Baylor University standout is in his fourth season in pro basketball.
Sochan was also a member of the Polish international program for some years. He played for Polish Senior National Team between 2021 and 2024 and previously for the Under 18 National Team back in 2020.
Sochan also represented Poland at the FIBA Olympic Games Qualifying Tournament in Valencia (Spain) two years ago. During this event he scored an average of 18 points per game and had 9 rebounds per game.
Among many awards he won British NBL Division One championship title in 2019. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Europeans Honorable Mention in 2025.
