CS Valcea 1924 Rm Valcea (Liga Nationala) agreed terms with 24-year old American guard Donovan Ivory (198cm-88kg-2001, college: Southern Miss). He started the season at Czarni in Polish OBL league. In 17 games he had 9.9ppg and 4.9rpg. Last season he played at CSO Voluntari. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. He also played 44 games in Romanian Liga Nationala where he recorded 8.0ppg and 2.7rpg. Ivory helped them to win the cup and make it to the league semifinals. He also played 12 games in the European North Basketball League where he averaged 6.2ppg and 3.0rpg. Ivory contributed to his team winning the European North Basketball League championship.
Ivory graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2024 and is currently in his second season as a professional player. He also played for other colleges such as the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, Boise State University, and the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
