Kouvot Kouvola (Korisliiga) has signed 24-year-old American 196cm guard Isaac Likekele (college: Ohio State) for the new season. He was the top rebounder at Fyllingen BBK in the Norwegian BLNO last season, averaging an impressive 19.7ppg, 12.0rpg (#2 in the league), 8.1apg (leader!!!), and 3.3spg (in top 2) during 32 games. He helped them win the league title. Likekele had a very successful season and was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Norwegian BLNO Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year, and Guard of the Year. He represented the USA at the U19 World Cup in Crete (Greece) five years ago. His team won Gold, and he averaged over 8 ppg.
