Mihail Gavazov will continue his college career at Golden Eagles

Oral Roberts University signed 21-year-old Bulgarian 6-6 forward Mihail Gavazov for the upcoming season. He hails from Sofia and is transferring from Lindsey Wilson College (NAIA), where he played for just one year. Gavazov was named to the All-Mid-South Conference Second Team in 2026.
Gavazov played at Balkan Botevgrad U19 team between 2022-24, Polytechnica Sofia during 2023-25, and then at Balkan Botevgrad 2nd team for three seasons. His team won Bulgarian Division A West Regular Season Championship in 2024. He helped his team make it to the Bulgarian League Finals and Bulgarian Division A West Finals that year. Gavazov helped his team make it to the Bulgarian Supercup Finals in two consecutive seasons: 2023 and 2024. His team won Bulgarian BBL Division A Group West Regular Season Championship in 2025. He helped his team make it to the Bulgarian BBL Division A Group West Semifinals and Bulgarian BBL Division A Semifinals that year.
Among many awards, Gavazov's team ended the regular season as the second-best team in the Bulgarian League in 2022. His team won the Bulgarian League Championship in 2022. Gavazov helped his team reach the Bulgarian Cup Semifinals, Balkan League Semifinals, Bulgarian U19 Cup Semifinals, and Bulgarian U19 League Semifinals in 2022.
