SCM Timisoara in Liga Nationala signed Jalen Nesbitt, a 32-year-old American shooting guard from UNF. He last played for Santos in the Mexican LNBP, averaging 8.4ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.4apg, and 1.7spg in 7 games. Prior to that, he played for Golden Eagle Ylli in the Kosovan Superliga, where he averaged 14.4ppg, 6.9rpg, 2.3apg, and 2.4spg in 14 games. Nesbitt was recognized with several awards, including Eurobasket.com All-Kosovo League Honorable Mention, League Player of the Week (2 times), and Eurobasket.com All-Kosovo League Second Team.
Nesbitt is a very experienced player, having played professionally in Denmark (Naestved), Kosovo, Luxembourg (Residence and Nesbittffingen), Slovakia (Iskra Svit), Spain (Castello, Villarrobledo, L'Alfas and Almansa), Canada (Moncton Magic) and The Basketball Tournament (Defeat Diabetes). His team made it to the Liga Unike Semifinals in 2025.
Among many awards, he was selected to the Eurobasket.com Spanish LEB Gold All-Imports Team in 2022.
He graduated from the University of North Florida in 2015 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball. Nesbitt played also for Spartanburg Methodist College for one year.
