Batroun adds Clergeot to their roster, ex Sumqayit

Keon Clergeot

Newly promoted CJS Batroun (DLBL) added to their roster 29-year old American guard Keon Clergeot (185cm-86kg-1996, college: SE Louisiana, agency: MSG). He moved there from Sumqayit BK in Azerbaijani ABL league where he played this season. In 22 games he recorded very impressive stats: 31.8ppg, 4.6rpg, 6.0apg and 2.1spg. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Azerbaijani League Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week (6 times). The last season he played at KK Tikvesh Golden Eagle Kavadarci (Super League) in North Macedonian league.
He is a highly experienced player. Clergeot has also played professionally in Portugal (Lusitania), Slovakia, and Turkey (Ormanspor and Balikesir Buyuksehir Belediyespor).
He played in the final of the Southland Conference Tournament in 2022.
Clergeot graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2022 and is currently in his fourth season as a professional player. He also played for other colleges such as the University of Massachusetts and the University of Memphis.
