Coach Rokas Kondratavicius (ex Zalgiris II) is a newcomer at Rigas Zelli

Rigas Zelli (LBL) will be led by Lithuanian coach Rokas Kondratavicius for the 2026-27 season. He has coached for the last three years at Zalgiris Kaunas 2nd team in the Lithuanian league. He also coached for another Lithuanian team, Zalgiris Kaunas 2nd team (NKL), in Lithuania.
Kondratavicius has coached previously in Lithuania, including Aistes-LSMU Kaunas and Zalgiris Kaunas 3rd team. His team was the regular season runner-up in Lithuanian NKL in 2026.
Among many awards, he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Lithuanian Moteru Lyga Coach of the Year in 2019.
