Maccabi Kiryat Gat (National League) added 27-year-old American forward Joe Reece (203cm-91kg-1999, college: Duquesne) to their roster. He started the season at Ylli in Kosovan Superliga. In 13 games, he had 8.5ppg and 2.9rpg. Last season, he played at Gmunden Swans (BSL) in the Austrian league.
He has also played professionally in Austria and North Macedonia (KK Feniks 2010 Skopje).
His team reached the North Macedonian final in 2024.
Reece graduated from the University of Duquesne in 2023 and is currently in his third season as a professional player. He has also played for other colleges such as Bowling Green State University and Old Dominion University.
