Tuebingen adds Thomas to their roster, ex Ylli

Tigers Tuebingen (ProA) added 32-year-old American point guard Larry Thomas (188cm-82kg-1993, college: BSC) to their roster. He started the season at Ylli in Kosovan Superliga. In 8 games, he recorded 8.0ppg, 4.0rpg, and 4.1apg. Last season, he played at AS Ironi Ashkelon (Winner League) in the Israeli league and also for KB Trepca Mitrovice (Superliga). The team competed in three different competitions that year, exposing him to basketball at various levels. Thomas played 18 games in Superliga, averaging 9.9ppg, 2.9rpg, and 2.5apg.
He is a quite experienced player. Thanks to Thomas' pro career, he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Latin America, and of course North America) in seven different countries. Thomas has played professionally in Belgium (Kangoeroes), Iceland (Breidablik, Thor Akureyri, Hamar, and Thor Thorl), Israel, Latvia (Ventspils), Mexico (Mineros), and USA.
In addition to winning the Kosovo Supercup in 2025, he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Balkan League Guard of the Year in 2024.
Thomas is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered the top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2015 and it's his 11th season as a pro player.
