BCM U FC Arges Pitesti (Liga Nationala) added to their roster 30-year old American power forward Evan Maxwell (208cm-113kg-1995, college: IWU, agency: Players Group). He started the season at Amman United in Jordanian Premier League. In 10 games he recorded 10.5ppg, 7.8rpg and 1.8apg. The last season season he played at Try Hoop (B3 League) in Japanese league. He also played for another Japanese team Gambarous (B3 League) in Japanese league.
Maxwell is quite experienced player. Maxwell's career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in ten different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. Maxwell has played professionally in Argentina (Comunicaciones), Germany (Tigers), Japan, Lithuania (Jonava), Slovakia (Spisski Rytieri), Ukraine (Zaporizhye), United Kingdom (Newcastle Eagles), North Macedonia (MZT Skopje) and The Basketball Tournament (Men of Mackey).
Among many awards his college team made it to the Lithuanian Cup final in 2023. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League Honorable Mention back in 2020.
Maxwell graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2019 and it is his seventh season as a professional player. He played also for Liberty University for 2 years.
