Baskonia adds Edwards to their roster

Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz (Liga Endesa) added 25-year-old Dutch international center Jesse Edwards (213cm-104kg-2000, college: WVU) to their roster. He started the season at Melbourne Utd in the Australian NBL league. In 32 games, he recorded 13.5ppg, 8.5rpg, and 1.1bpg. He had a good season and was named League Player of the Week twice. Since 2022, he has been regularly called up to the Dutch Senior National Team.
Edwards has played professionally in the NBA G League (Iowa Wolves).
In 2025, his team reached the NBA G League Showcase Cup Final Four. In 2024, he was selected to play in the NABC Reese's Division I College All-Star Game.
Edwards graduated from West Virginia University in 2024 and is in his second season as a professional player. He also played for Syracuse University for 4 years.
