Apollon signs rookie Ismael Plet in his first year in pro basketball

BC Apollon Limassol (ECOMMBX BL) strengthened their roster with the addition of Dutch 203cm forward Ismael Plet for the 2025-26 season. He recently graduated from Robert Morris University (NCAA). In 33 games, he averaged 4.5ppg and 3.7rpg last season. His team won the Horizon League Tournament and finished the regular season in the top position.
He started his college career at Oral Roberts University (NCAA) before transferring to University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (NCAA). Prior to that, he spent his high school career at Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, VA, after joining from Team Loaded (VA).
As mentioned above, he is just out of college and it will be his first full season in pro basketball. Plet played for other colleges such as University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Oral Roberts University.
