Aris Betsson Thessaloniki (GBL) strengthened their roster with the addition of 27-year-old French international 195cm swingman Adam Mokoka for the upcoming season. He played most recently at JL Bourg en Bresse in the French Betclic ELITE ProA. In 30 games, he recorded 12.0ppg, 4.5rpg, and 2.1apg last season. He helped them to make it to the French Leaders Cup Semifinals and was voted to the French League All-Star Game. Mokoka also played 21 games in Eurocup, where he averaged 12.3ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.5apg, and 1.1spg. He was awarded Eurobasket.com Eurocup European Player of the Year, Finals MVP, and selected to the Eurobasket.com Eurocup Third Team for his very good season. For the two previous seasons (2023-25), he played at U-Banca Transilvania Cluj Napoca (Liga Nationala) in the Romanian league.
He has also been a member of the French international program for some years. Mokoka has regularly played for the French senior team since 2024 and previously for the Under 18 National Team in 2016.
He is a very experienced player. Mokoka has played also in Italy (Umana Venezia), Romania, Serbia (BC Mega Superbet Beograd), NBA (Chicago Bulls), NBA G League (Austin Spurs, OKC Blue and Windy City Bulls) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls).
His team finished as the runner-up in the regular season of the Romanian League in 2025.
