Chasson Randle (ex Kolossos) joins P.Luanda

Defending champion Atletico Petroleos de Luanda (Division I) agreed terms with 33-year old USA ex-international guard Chasson Randle (188cm-82kg-1993, college: Stanford). He moved there from Kolossos in Greek GBL league where he played this season. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries this year. In 13 GBL games he had 13.9ppg, 2.1rpg, 3.3apg and 1.0spg. Randle also played for Lions (SLB) in British league. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. He also played 9 games in British SLB where he recorded 7.9ppg, 2.4rpg and 1.8apg. And finally he contributed to 9 games in Eurocup where he averaged 4.3ppg and 1.0rpg. The other team he played shortly was United in NBA G League.
Randle was also a member of the USA international program for some years. He played for USA Senior National Team between 2018 and 2024 and previously for the University National Team back in 2013.
Randle also represented the USA at the FIBA World Cup 2023 Americas Qualifiers three years ago. Randle's team won Gold, and he averaged over 2 points per game.
He is quite an experienced player. His career allowed him to visit six different continents, while he played in nine different countries. Randle tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, Africa, and of course North America. He has played professionally in Australia (Breakers), China (Pioneers), Greece (AEK BC Athens), Puerto Rico (Leones), Spain (Real Madrid), the United Kingdom, NBA (New Orleans Pelicans, GS Warriors, Phoenix Suns, Orlando Magic, and Washington Wizards), NBA G League (OKC Blue, Iowa Wolves, Stockton Kings, Grand Rapids Gold, and Westchester Knicks), and Rwanda (APR Basketball Club Kigali).
His team emerged victorious in the Genocide Memorial Tournament in 2025.
Randle graduated from Stanford University in 2015 and is currently in his eleventh season as a professional player.
