CS Valcea 1924 Rm Valcea (Liga Nationala) strengthened their roster with the addition of 32-year-old American guard Bryn Forbes (190cm-93kg-1993, college: Michigan State). He started the season at Aris in the Greek GBL league. In 6 games, he recorded 10.5ppg, 2.2rpg, and 1.0spg. He also played 10 games in Eurocup, where he averaged 6.1ppg and 1.0rpg.
During the most of last summer, he spent between Santeros (BSN) in the Puerto Rican league. In 11 games, he had very impressive stats: 21.0ppg, 2.2rpg, and 3.5apg. During the same season, he played for another Puerto Rican team, Mets (BSN), in 10 games, where he got remarkable 17.8ppg, 3.2rpg, and 2.3apg.
Forbes has attempted to make it to the NBA and participated in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
He is a very experienced player. Forbes has also played professionally in Puerto Rico, the NBA (Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks, San Antonio Spurs, and Minnesota Timberwolves), and the NBA G League (Austin Spurs).
He won the NBA championship title in 2021.
Forbes graduated from Michigan State in 2016 and is currently in his tenth season as a professional player. He also played for Cleveland State University for 2 years.
