The German Player, Bryce Taylor (195-SG-1986, agency: BeoBasket), filed a claim against the German Club, Bamberger Basketball GmbH, for outstanding salaries and interest. The Claimant submitted that the Respondent was not entitled to terminate the Contract due to his alleged failure to participate in a medical examination after the Claimant did not provide consent for the Respondent's doctor to release the results of his medical examination to the Respondent. In its Answer, the Respondent argued that it was entitled to terminate the Contract because the Claimant's refusal to allow for the release of the results of his medical examination constitutes a failure to participate in/pass the medical examination within the deadline provided and that the claim was time-barred. The claim was dismissed.
