Dinamo BDS Sassari (Serie A) signed 36-year-old Jacob Pullen, a 183cm point guard who is a former international player from Georgia and the United States. Pullen, who played college basketball at Kansas State, most recently played for Purple Reign in The Basketball Tournament in the U.S.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2012.
Pullen is a very experienced player. Thanks to pro basketball, he has experienced life in fourteen different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, and North American leagues. Pullen has played professionally in China (Flying Leopards), Croatia (Cedevita), Iran (Mahram), Israel (Hapoel Jerusalem), Kuwait (Kuwait), Montenegro (Mornar), Russia (Khimki), Slovenia (Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana), Spain (FC Barcelona), Turkey (Afyon), NBA (Philadelphia 76ers), Italy (Verona, Biella Next, and Napoli), NBA G League (Delaware Blue Coats), and The Basketball Tournament (Purple & Black).
Among many awards, his team won the Italian Cup in 2024. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League Honorable Mention back in 2021. It may be one of the last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Sassari.
Pullen graduated from Kansas State in 2011 and it'll be his 15th season in pro basketball.
