Hradec Kralove Add Experienced Point Guard Lassi Nikkarinen

BK GAPA Hradec Kralove have added experienced Finnish National Lassi Nikkarinen (188-PG-1997, college: Montana St.) to their roster. The 28-year old Nikkarinen joins Hr. Kralove after having begun this season with Fuenlabrada of the Spanish Primera-FEB. He played sparingly in eight games before leaving the club in November. A former Finnish National Team player, Nikkarinen spent two seasons in America for university where he played with Montana State University.Prior to this season, his entire career had been spent playing in his native Finland. Last season with Helsinki Seagulls, he averaged 9.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and a league-leading 8.0 assists while shooting 56.9% from the field, 31.6% from three-point range and 77.5% from the free-throw line.
He has played in the top Finnish league from 2019-2025. A pass-first point guard, he was named to the Eurobasket.com All-Finnish League All-Domestic Players Team in 2025 as well as Eurobasket.com All-Finnish League Domestic Player of the Year last season.
For the National Team, he has represented his country in U16, U18, U20 and Senior Team play.
