Parnu Sadam (KML) signed 23-year-old Ukrainian 210cm center Ihor Serheyev for the upcoming season. He has played for the last two years at Keila Coolbet (KML). He managed to play in three leagues last year. In 18 Lat-Est BL games, he recorded 11.7ppg, 7.1rpg, and 1.1apg. Serheyev also played 3 games in the European North Basketball League, where he averaged 5.3ppg, 5.7rpg, and 1.3apg. Finally, he recorded 3 games in KML where he had 5.0ppg and 3.7rpg. The previous (2023-24) season, he played at Latvijas Universitate (LBL) in the Latvian league.
He was a member of the Ukrainian U20 National Team in 2020.
Serheyev has played in Latvia and Ukraine (Cherkasy and Cherkasy Mavpy 2nd team) before.
His team reached the Ukrainian Cup final in 2021. He was selected for the Eurobasket.com All-Ukrainian Higher League Group 2 Honorable Mention in 2020.
