Anorthosis Ammohostou (ECOMMBX BL) signed 25-year-old American 193cm guard Caleb Huffman (college: Nicholls). He is set to play for Newcastle Eagles in the British SLB league. Last season, he played for Team FOG Naestved in the Danish BasketLigaen, where he averaged an impressive 15.6ppg, 5.3rpg, 2.7apg, and 1.4spg in 30 games. He helped the team reach the Danish Cup Semifinals and was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-Danish League Honorable Mention.
Huffman is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Denmark, Germany (Koblenz), and Lithuania (Mazeikiai).
Among many awards, his team won the Southland Conference Regular Season in 2022. Huffman was selected to the Southland Conference All-Defensive Team back in 2023 during his college time.
He graduated from Nicholls State University in 2023 and is currently in his third season in pro basketball. Huffman played for other colleges such as Central Michigan University and Iowa Western Community College.
