Los Paisas de Medellin (LBP) signed 27-year-old USA ex-international guard Ty-Shon Alexander (193cm-88kg-1998, college: Creighton). He was the best passer at Keflavik IF in the Icelandic Subway League last season, where in 18 games he had very impressive stats: 20.2ppg, 4.7rpg, 4.9apg, and 1.2spg. He helped them to win the Supercup. It was a good season for him as he was named League Player of the Week two times.
Alexander is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Greece (Panionios and Koroivos), Italy (Trieste and Virtus Bologna), the NBA (Phoenix Suns), the NBA G League (Cleveland Charge, Delaware Blue Coats, and Greensboro Swarm), and the NBA Summer League (Charlotte Hornets and Phoenix Suns).
Alexander has won the NBA G League championship title in 2023. He was voted to All-Big East Honorable Mention in 2019.
He graduated from Creighton University in 2020 and it'll be his sixth season as a pro player.
