Cimarrones del Choco (LBP) added to their roster 33-year old American guard Devon Baulkman (195cm-91kg-1991, college: Tennessee). He is the second foreign player in the roster as Cape Verdean William Tavares signed here earlier.
He moved there from KW Titans in Canadian BSL league. In 24 games he had 6.0ppg, 2.1rpg and 1.1apg last season. The last season summer he played at Purple Reign (Kansas State) in U.S. semi-pro league The Basketball Tournament.
In 2021 (five years after his graduation) he was drafted by Motor City Cruise (G-League) in third round (8th overall).
The former University of Tennessee standout is in his ninth season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Baulkman's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in seven different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. Baulkman has played previously professionally in Germany (ratiopharm Ulm), Lebanon (Byblos), Canada (London Lightning), NBA G League (Grand Rapids Gold and Westchester Knicks), NABL (S.Illinois Phar.), The Basketball Tournament (Rock City S. and Angel's Atlanta) and TBL (Omaha F.).
He won BSL championship title in 2024. Baulkman played also for Gulf Coast State College for one year.
