To enhance the cultivation of young talents for the national men's basketball team, the Chinese Basketball Association plans to organize a short-term training camp at the General Administration of Sport of China Training Bureau from May 4th to June 14th. The core objective of this short training camp for the men's national team is to assess young players, help them familiarize themselves with the national team's technical and tactical systems, and expand the reserve of potential talents for the 2027 World Cup and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. It is hoped that outstanding young players can experience the training atmosphere of the national team and also look forward to their demonstration of strength. As the league progresses, the list of players participating in the training camp will be dynamically adjusted to ensure the quality of training while enhancing the competitive atmosphere within the team. The team plans to play two warm-up matches against the Serbian club KK FMP Beograd in Changsha on June 3rd and 4th. The core objective of this men's basketball short training camp is to assess young athletes, help them familiarize themselves with the national team's technical and tactical system, and expand the reserve talent pool for the 2027 World Cup and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. We hope that outstanding young athletes can experience the training atmosphere of the national team and we also look forward to their showing of their abilities.
